My work is deeply rooted through energetic awareness, years of self healing, and working intuitively trusting in what I see, hear, and feel, along with my connection to the Akashic Records.

My approach goes beyond simply moving energy. It is about understanding your story, creating awareness, and supporting you in releasing what no longer serves. Bringing you clarity, guidance, and trust within.

Healing is not about becoming someone new, it is about remembering who you truly are.

Tuesday Tea Time with Corrina

Last Tuesday I shared the video from a radio interview that I did at a place that may or may not be a little haunted.

“Want to know what happened next?”

Well... here it is.

I started feeling some strong energy around me and my back began to burn. When we cut to commercial, I calmly mentioned it and sure enough, I had a few scratches on my back.

Experiences like this can sound scary, but I don’t always believe they come from a place of harm. Sometimes it feels more like a desire to be acknowledged, to remind us that their stories still matter.

I stood firm and set boundaries. “I acknowledge you, but you will not touch me again.”

And that was that. The energy shifted, and I was able to finish the interview with no further issues. I could still feel the energy but they respected my request.

Whether you believe in spirits, energy, or simply the power of intuition, it’s a reminder that boundaries matter. We can remain open, curious, and respectful while still standing confidently in our own space.

I truly believe some places hold stories, memories, and energy from those who came before us. As long as we approach those spaces with respect, we can honor those stories while maintaining healthy boundaries of our own.

Monday Message

As the energy of the recent Full Moon settles, I hope you’ve found moments to rest, reflect, and release what no longer serves you.

Today marks the beginning of a new month, and June doesn’t need to be rushed into.

There is no prize for moving faster than your heart can follow.

Allow yourself to move with clarity rather than urgency.

With intention rather than pressure.
With trust rather than force.
What is meant for you will unfold in its own time.

Farmer’s Market Saturday ☀️

Spent the morning at the farmer’s market picking up a few of my favorite things! Of course, there was coffee from Motherlode Coffee Company and fresh sourdough bread from Pence Farm—two market staples that are hard to resist. ☕🍞

I also stopped by Monarch Essentials and picked up some organic bug spray along with a beautiful cream and oil that I’ll be incorporating into Cranial Relaxation Therapy and Ear Candling appointments. These additions are all about enhancing the experience of rest, relaxation, and self-care.

As we move into this Full Moon energy, it’s a wonderful reminder to slow down, nourish ourselves, and create space for healing.

The Blue Full Moon is bringing big release energy with it. A time to let go of what feels heavy, stagnant, outdated, or no longer aligned with who you are becoming.

Did you know that I see, hear, and feel energy?

And honestly… it’s always nice to be validated when you feel the feels.

So when I was interviewed at the radio station (which may or may not be haunted 👻 LOL), I kept feeling a presence around me. I kept looking over my shoulder because the energy was strong.

The thing is… I truly trust what I pick up on energetically, so I wasn’t super surprised by what happened next. But having it validated in real time was incredible.

Little did I know, the radio host had started recording and actually mapped a figure on camera.

What made the experience even cooler was that we were already talking about haunted locations, sharing stories, and speaking about the energy around places in Sonora.

Energy never lies.

Healing isn’t always rainbows and butterflies.

Sometimes healing asks you to sit with the parts of yourself you’ve tried to avoid. To feel the sadness, the overwhelm, the grief, the uncertainty… instead of rushing past it.

I don’t always feel joy.
And I think that’s important to say out loud.
But I do believe in sitting with my emotions and really asking myself:

“What am I feeling?”
“Why am I feeling this?”
“What is this trying to teach me?”

For me, healing looks like honesty.
It looks like allowing myself to feel without judgment instead of pretending everything is okay all the time.

And when I need to reconnect to joy, I pause.

I step outside.
I let the sun hit my skin.
I breathe fresh air into my lungs.
I find gratitude in the smallest moments because sometimes those small moments are what bring us back to ourselves.

Joy doesn’t always have to be loud. Sometimes joy is simply feeling safe enough to be present.
Healing is not about being happy every second. It’s about learning not to abandon yourself in the hard moments.

So I invite you to let yourself feel, and then gently find one thing today that reminds you life can still hold light too. ☀️💛

Healing is not always pleasant. It’s uncomfortable at first because sometimes our bodies became familiar with the noise.

The chaos.
The overthinking.
The loudness of the world.

When we’ve experienced trauma, stillness can feel unfamiliar.
Quiet can feel unsafe.
Rest can even feel wrong.
But slowly, as we learn and grow, we begin to soften.

We begin reminding ourselves that peace can be safe.

Softness is not weakness.
Stillness does not mean something bad is about to happen.
Sometimes healing looks like simply sitting in the quiet long enough to breathe deeply again.
To unclench the body.
To soften the nervous system.
To let yourself feel held.

And sometimes we may even need to whisper to ourselves:
“I am safe.
I am safe.
I am safe.”

Sometimes it is the gentle return back to self.
